Multi-segment programmable controller:
Microcomputer program control temperature, time and temperature rise speed and other procedures, with a very fast speed to carry out a variety of sintering tests.
Programmable controller, can be preset 7 groups of 63 steps, each group of 9 steps, each set time 0 ~ 5999 minutes.
Using microprocessing P.I.D control mode, multi-segment programmable control, truly realize automatic control and operation.

Safety Features:

With overtemperature protector, door switch controller, box surface cooling fan and resistance furnace abnormal alarm function (1. heater fault, 2. temperature sensor fault, 3. abnormal memory content, 4. abnormal overtemperature), and sound and light alarm to prompt the operator, to ensure the safe operation of resistance furnace without accidents.

With over current, over pressure, overheating and other safety protection measures, to ensure the safe use of electric furnace.
Ceramic fiberboard is selected as the heat insulation material, which has the characteristics of good heat insulation effect and low surface temperature of case shell.
