                     30L Laboratory PTFE Agitator Glass Liquid Separator



Working principle:

   The electric constant speed stirring system stirs the raw materials in the kettle uniformly to make the materials fully react in the kettle. After the reaction is completed, the stirring system is turned off. After the materials are clarified and layered, the liquid is discharged layer by layer through the glass discharging valve.


Basic configuration

• The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.
• Using aluminum alloy + stainless steel material as frame.
• Glass + PTFE material discharging valve, side material discharge without effusion.
• Low-speed power-increasing motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, fine-adjustment by knob, digital display of speed.
• The stirring system uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seal to prevent the stirring rod from wearing out.
• Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade. The material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, and it is wrapped in PTFE tube.
• There is a universal wheel with brake at the bottom of the equipment, which can be moved as a whole and be operated conveniently.
• Fuse safety protection.
