It can be used as a stand-alone computer, or it can be connected to a micro printer and a computer to realize data collection.
The model overcomes the disadvantage that domestic instruments can only sample once per revolution, and realizes the technology of multiple samples per revolution.
The high subdivision drives the stepping motor to rotate, the speed is accurate and stable, and the AC voltage frequency change does not affect the accuracy of measuring viscosity.
For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, the timing function of the instrument can ensure good consistent data.
With humanization, personalized design, 0.1-99.9RPM speed stepless setting. The LCD liquid crystal has a blue backlight function, which directly displays the viscosity, speed, torque of the centimeter, the viscosity value of the rotor at the current speed, and the temperature value. The viscosity value shows continuous change. If the measurement range is exceeded, an alarm will sound.
SNB data acquisition and drawing software can be purchased for data acquisition and data analysis, and a mini monochrome printer can also be purchased for timing printing of measurement results.
The full scale and linearity of the instrument are all calibrated through the computer interface, and its measurement performance and functions have reached the advanced level of the same type abroad.
